Because of my graphic design background, my artistic techniques lean heavily on digital techniques. While my imagery was a combination of photography, hand work, and overlays "back in the day" before computer graphics became the norm ...not much has changed. My techniques are based on digital tools now but the concepts of building the art are not that different. For the digital paintings you see in my collections I use a Wacom tablet with a pressure sensitive pen to hand draw in Photoshop using artist media brushes. Some of the images (florals) are manipulated photography but I don't consider myself a photographer.
